Nigerian singer, Small Doctor held his #OmoBetter concert shortly after he was released by the police after having been arrested for illegal possession of a firearm with the threat of a possible 10-year jail term is found guilty as charged.

One would have supposed that the concert would suffer poor attendance on account of the news of him being found with a gun like a common criminal. Fans already started calling him a deadly cultist, and attending his show could be dangerous.
But the show was one hell of a success, as the turnout was mammoth, probably because of the scandal.

Fans have a reason to believe that the whole illegal possession of firearms and arrest-thing was only a publicity stunt for the said concert. Looking at it closely, the arrest, release, and concert all played out within just a week, with the concert coming immediately after his release. People would probably want to see the arrested Small Doctor on stage.

To this end, his show enjoyed a huge turnout and he took to IG to thank attendees saying:
“It’s a great privilege to extend a heartfelt and warm thank you to everyone involved in making the #omoBETTERconcert such a great success. All power belongs to God.” Do you think his arrest was really a publicity stunt like they say???
