Coconut has different uses and has been used extensively in different parts of the world for different purposes. Did you know? At full capacity, scientists discovered that the coconut palm bears fruit for 20 to 70 years, but under ideal conditions, the production of fruit can last for 80 years.

Coconuts are the seeds of the coconut palm tree and, thus, considered a type of nut. It uses range from helping the development of many different organisms to being considered as the father of modern tissue culture science because of its water. 
Now let’s consider some important facts about coconut, but we will limit this discussion only to coconut water and oil. 
The Coconut Water

Fresh coconut water is high in vitamin B, protein and ascorbic acid. As a good source of fiber, antioxidants, proteins, vitamins, and minerals, the water has been hailed by athletes since it provides them with energy and hydration.

Also, it helps in restoring electrolyte imbalances caused by diarrhea. It is also used as a body cream because of its antiseptic, antibacterial, anti-fungal, and anti-viral properties. If you have kidney stones, influenza or malaria, coconut water will help you a lot. 
The Coconut Oil
There are many different known uses of coconut oil. There are one thousand and one reasons why you should get coconut oil. Some of us may have those common skin infections. Coconut oil can perform this wonder—it helps in preventing skin infections. Also, it acts as a natural skin softener and moisturizer. Coconut oil has been proven to help protect against breast, colon, and digestive tract cancers.
