The Federal Government tax policy, which is viewed as a harsh measure on struggling citizens of Nigeria, has been questioned by the Mavin Records boss, Don Jazzy who equally frowns at it, as it only makes the poor masses poorer.

Don Jazzy can’t imagine that despite the sorry state of the Nigerian economy, the government still churns out policies that impoverish its citizens. Just like many Nigerians, Don Jazzy is of the opinion that the tax increment is a "yahoo yahoo" format aimed at milking the Nigerian masses. Consequently, he learned his voice to speak against it.”
The talented music producer took to Twitter to write; “How does the government plan to bring many Nigerians out of poverty when the struggling masses, neck-deep in poverty, are being overtaxed? The income and living standards of citizens of other countries that pay much taxes can't be compared to that of Nigerians. #POSCharges.”

Many Nigerian youths, both fans, and non-fans have found his tweet quite welcoming, hoping and praying that more celebrities lend their voices to courses like this rather than vain courses that only aim at their self-interest.
