Prior to the release of Wizkid’s then much-anticipated “Ghetto Love” track, the hype was out of this world, and Wiz’s fans could not wait to have the singer dish out the track to them. But they got disappointed when he finally did so.

Comments that followed the release of the track have it that the track falls short, as it is all shades of “whack.” Even Wizkid’s fans talked down on the track, saying the singer has lost his source, unlike Davido who keeps dishing out hit tunes as much as he keeps featuring in hit tunes. But despite this, the track found its way to a top spot on the charts.

Right about now, Wikzid’s “Ghetto Love” occupies the number 8 spot on the Billboard World singles chart. It would be noted that earlier in 2019, his collaboration with Beyonce on BROWN SKIN GIRL made it to the number 1 spot. As of now, BROWN SKIN GIRL is currently at number 2 and has been on the chart for 9 weeks and “Ghetto Love” just joined.

The debut of “Ghetto Love” on Billboard World singles chart has gotten fans reacting in all sorts of ways, most of them saying that what’s working for Wizkid right now is no longer his talent but his name. Do you agree with that???
