Sonic The Hedgehog returns to your screen, after many years of its animations. Lots of movie lovers never really saw this coming, but the makers of fast and furious seem to always have great ideas up their sleeves.
Based on the global blockbuster videogame franchise from Sega, SONIC THE HEDGEHOG tells the story of the world’s speediest hedgehog as he embraces his new home on Earth.
In this live-action adventure comedy, Sonic and his new best friend Tom (James Marsden) team up to defend the planet from the evil genius Dr. Robotnik (Jim Carrey) and his plans for world domination.
Let's see take a look at the official trailer

It's quite interesting to know that Tom Holland, Josh Gad, Chris Pratt, Andy Samberg, Bill Hader, Will Forte, Jim Parsons, Charlie Day, Paul Rudd, and Adam Devine were all considered for the voice of Sonic.

When Sonic wakes up after Maddie administers the smelling salts, his first words are the character's longtime catchphrase, "Gotta go fast!" He then asks if the Rock is president--a joke referring to recent suggestions that the wrestler could make a run for the office, something he "hasn't ruled out" when asked about it in interviews.

Finally, Honestly this was a movie I was never really planning to see. I thought it was another cash grab at our nostalgia. But when the initial trailer came out with the original sonic, I was shocked. I never thought a studio would listen to our voice, and oh was our voice heard.

Sonic Hedgehog gets a Jonesdozi rating of 8/10
